2023 HIPAA Compliance for Dental Providers

2023 HIPAA Compliance Live Webinar
Tuesday, January 10, 2023
11:00 AM-12:30 PM PST

One of the biggest challenge facing dentists this year is compliance with the overhaul to HIPAA policies and protocols in 2023.  These changes will impact all covered entities and business associates. Updates and changes to HIPAA laws and regulations have increased the chances of non-compliance. Some offices may be at risk of serious violations without even realizing it!

Join us for our live webinar to learn:
The patient acknowledgement of notice of privacy practices
The minimum necessary standard
Allowable disclosures related to care coordination and case management
Disclosures for health emergencies
Individuals’ rights to access their protected health information (PHI)
Fees charged for access to PHI

Understand the policy and procedure changes required to remain fully compliant!! There will be updates to policies, procedures, security standards, notices of privacy practices, authorization and disclosure forms, and business associate agreements, and more!

The registration fee is $169.00 per registrant. Your registration fee includes 90-days access to our toll-free helpline for any questions or issues that arise after the series. The helpline is designed to answer your questions on billing, coding, and compliance issues. We answer questions you have, help you implement new information, and help with those claims that you are fighting to get paid. We do not limit your questions to conference topics.
